MCP connector

Tarifflo hosts a remote MCP connector. There is nothing to install: add one URL to your MCP client and sign in.

Connect

The connector speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP at this URL. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste it; other MCP clients take the same URL.

Authenticate

Use either credential:

OAuth. Connect with no credential and the client is challenged to sign in. A Tarifflo sign-in page opens; approve access and pick the organization. Claude.ai, Claude Desktop and ChatGPT work this way.
API key. Send Authorization: Bearer tflo_... or X-API-Key: tflo_.... For a client that cannot set headers, append ?api_key=tflo_... to the URL. See Authentication.

A tool appears only when the credential carries its scope. The filing, sorting, configuration and entry-editing tools need the filing scope.

What it can do

The connector serves 83 tools in five groups.

Async lookups

Classify a product, rate an HTS code, find an ECCN or a country of origin, then wait for the answer or watch a pipeline run.

Filing

Pick an organization, upload one entry's documents, answer the questions the pipeline asks, hand back a review link, and fetch the upload's rate report.

Uploads

An upload on a configuration: add files, start it, follow its runs, read its products, download the questions sheet and send it back filled in.

Filing stays with a person

The connector prepares entries but never transmits them to CBP. A filing job ends with a review link; a person opens it and submits.
